ENOUGH Act Overview

The 28 ENOUGH grantees represent strong coalitions of committed organizations that center community voices in all phases of partnership, planning and implementation. The grantees will use ENOUGH resources to target the root causes of child poverty across the four ENOUGH pillars and are categorized under three phases of engagement:

Partnership Development:

These communities are building the foundational relationships and infrastructure needed to align local efforts and prepare for deeper planning work.

Plan Development:

These grantees are working closely with community members and state partners to co-design strategic, place-based action plans rooted in local priorities and lived experiences.

Implementation:

These communities have launched locally led strategies and are already putting plans into action to drive measurable outcomes in education, health, safety, and economic stability.
