Committees

Block Captains are an integral part of fostering a strong sense of community. Being a Block Captain gives you a good excuse to get to know your neighbors and build a supportive network on your street.

The Events Committee organizes events and activities that bring community members together to get to know each other and to promote a positive and safe community.

The Greening Committee helps keep our neighborhood clean and beautiful by

organizing neighborhood trash pick-ups and beautifying public spaces.

​

The Housing Committee researches and develops a variety of resources addressing neighborhood housing needs in the areas of home repair, financial assistance, and vacancy reduction.

The nominating committee coordinates the annual November elections of civic association board members.

​

The Traffic Committee helps identify priority areas in the neighborhood for addressing safety and traffic calming concerns.
