The volunteer network can help:

  • Pick up groceries

  • Pick up prescriptions

  • Walk your dog

 

What can I expect?

  • When calling, leave a message with your name, phone number, address, and request

  • A volunteer coordinator will get back to you within 24 hours

 

What if I need someone faster than that?

  • The support line is NOT for emergencies

  • If you have a medical emergency and need immediate treatment, call your doctor or 911

  • United Way Maryland assistance line is available 24 / 7: Dial 2-1-1
