Ednor Gardens Lakeside Civic Association is organized and operates as a neighborhood improvement association to address community interests and needs related to its social and physical (infrastructure) development. Association board members are residents of the community.  It is one of the oldest and active civic associations in Baltimore.

We pride ourselves in creating a diverse and inclusive community for all residents, families, and visitors. EGLSCA serves and provides its residents with a platform to voice concerns and promote engagement in civic activities for the betterment of the neighborhood.
